HROP Steel Coils

Hot rolled steel coils processed through pickling to remove mill scale, followed by oiling treatment for corrosion protection during storage and transportation. HROP coils serve as base material for subsequent cold rolling operations or direct fabrication where surface cleanliness is critical. The pickling process uses hydrochloric acid baths removing oxide scale, whilst the oiling layer prevents rust formation enabling extended inventory periods without surface degradation.
